Fish game for cats
Yellow and blue fish swim through a deep pond. When your cat taps one, it splashes and darts away.
Settings
In full screen there are no buttons your cat can hit. To leave, a person holds the corner circle for two seconds.
End with a real catch. Screen fish can't be caught for real, so finish with a toy your cat can grab or a small treat.
Cat games with fish: how it works
Fish glide, pause and change direction, so your cat gets the stalk and the pounce. Tap a fish and it splashes off at top speed, then circles back.
- Phone or tablet: lay it flat on the floor, screen up, with the brightness turned up.
- Settings: two slow fish suit a kitten; five fast fish keep a hunter busy.
- Protect the glass: a screen protector keeps claws from scratching it.
Watch mode: a fish video for cats on your TV
Choose Watch, start full screen, and cast or AirPlay the page to your TV. It works like a fish video for cats, except it never repeats and never stops for ads.
Fish game questions
What's the difference between Play and Watch?
Play reacts when your cat taps a fish. Watch is a calm, full-screen pond for a TV, with nothing to tap.
My cat isn't interested. What now?
Try slow speed, fewer fish and the splash sound on. Some cats warm up after a few tries; some prefer the bug or mouse game.
Does it work on an old iPad or phone?
Yes. The game is light and runs in any modern web browser, with nothing to install.
How do I leave full screen?
Hold the circle in the bottom corner for two seconds. On a computer, the Esc key works too.
Why are the fish yellow and blue?
Cats see blues and yellows best. Reds and pinks look dull to them, so the fish never use those colors.
